Kidnapped!#

The Green Gala at the Ecoville Hotel was coming to an end. Guests, still excited from the evening, were making their way to their vehicles. Zendaya, enclosed in her metallic red fembot suit and covered with flowers and leaves, approached her hexacopter with Tom Holland’s help. By then the suit was almost completely locked, leaving her unable to move without assistance.

As Tom helped her into the aircraft, the sudden roar of engines tore through the night air. Two black motorbikes stopped nearby. Their riders, four figures in dark clothing wearing advanced breather masks, leapt off almost at once.

“Get away from her!” Tom shouted, stepping forward. One of the attackers shoved him to the ground.

“Get back, everybody!” another barked, waving a compact but very dangerous-looking weapon.

The crowd scattered in panic. The hexacopter’s engines spun up, blades accelerating. Zendaya, struggling in the suit, was strapped into her seat, her eyes wide with shock behind the fembot hood.

“Call the Grenadiers!” someone shouted.

Philippe, watching from a short distance away, pulled out his phone and called for help at once.

“We need immediate assistance at the Ecoville Hotel. There is a kidnapping in progress.”

As the hexacopter lifted off, the two remaining attackers revved their engines and tore away on their motorbikes, weaving between guests and racing down the grand driveway. Sirens answered almost immediately as the Grenadiers arrived in flashing light.

“Do not let them escape!” one officer shouted.

The chase spilled into Geneva’s narrow streets. The bikes darted through the web of side roads, cutting hard through corners. The Grenadiers followed close behind, using advanced tracking systems to keep pace.

One of the bikers, Eliza, looked back.

“They are gaining, Max! We need to split up!”

Max nodded.

“Take the left alley. I will pull them away.”

He veered right, drawing part of the pursuit after him. Eliza sped down a narrower street, her bike skidding as she forced it through the turn.

The Grenadiers split their teams. Some pursued Max, others followed Eliza. Max took one final corner and found Grenadiers in front of him while the others closed from behind. Cornered, he skidded to a stop, his bike crashing into a wall. He came up with the weapon still in hand as the officers closed around him.

“Drop it! You are surrounded!”

Max hesitated, then saw the truth of the situation and let the weapon fall. He raised his hands in surrender.

Eliza reached a dead end and tried to turn back, only to find the way blocked. She revved the bike once, measuring the distance, but the Grenadiers had already sealed her in.

“Stand down. There is nowhere to go,” an officer said as he stepped forward.

Eliza recognized him at once. Captain Duval, a man she had once respected before the Change. She let out a breath, knowing the fight was done, swung off the bike, and raised her hands.

Inside the hexacopter, Zendaya struggled in vain while a female captor held her down. The male captor at the controls flew low and unsteadily. Zendaya’s muffled attempts to speak went unheard. The female captor tightened her grip.

“Stay still. It will be easier for you.”

The hexacopter skimmed low over the dark waters of the lake before following the Rhône. It flew almost at treetop level, cutting through narrow valleys. The absence of pursuit confused the kidnappers, but they had no time to dwell on it. Eventually they veered into a side valley, followed the Lonza upstream, and headed toward the Aletsch Glacier. Then the pilot took the aircraft sharply down toward a tiny newly built hut beside a narrow landing pad.

The landing was rough in the high Alpine wind. The pilot exhaled in relief.

“Get her out. Quickly.”

The female captor dragged Zendaya across the pad and into the hut, then strapped her to a chair.

“We will be safe here for now,” she said, her voice muffled behind the breather.

Outside, the male captor folded the hexacopter and concealed it from view. Up there they were alone. Only the distant sound of running water broke the silence.

Inside, Zendaya’s eyes searched desperately for any way out. The gagged fembot hood restricted her vision, and she was bound thoroughly enough that movement was almost impossible. Her female captor kept glancing at the door.

“We have to move fast,” the man said as he came in and shut it behind him. “The Freeborn Alliance will send someone soon.”

He stepped toward Zendaya and removed the robotic headpiece with specialized tools. Zendaya gasped as the air hit her face.

“Help me, please,” she cried, tears already running down her cheeks. “It hurts.”

The man frowned in confusion.

“What hurts?”

“My belt,” she whimpered. “I am outside the geofence. It keeps shocking me.”

A stream of curses burst from him.

“Damn it. No wonder they did not follow us,” he muttered. “She is in an active chastity device. They all carry tracking beacons.”

He snapped his head toward his companion.

“Quick. Help me get it off her. We need to kill the beacon.”

They fumbled with the suit while Zendaya sobbed and twitched from the belt’s repeated shocks.

Then flashbangs detonated.

The hut exploded with white light and concussive sound. The kidnappers stumbled back, blinded and deafened, hands flying to their faces. The door burst inward, and a team from the Commandement des Forces Spéciales stormed the room in goggles and tactical gear, firing stun rounds as they moved.

“Clear!” one of them shouted once the room was under control.

Outside, helicopter blades thundered overhead. An Alpine rescue physician abseiled down, followed by more heavily armed special forces. The kidnappers were bound, dragged out of the hut, and hauled into the helicopter.

The emergency doctor moved straight to Zendaya. Using specialized equipment, he cut through the suit and then through the belt, finally freeing her. Zendaya cried out as the device came away.

“You are going to be all right,” the doctor said gently, administering a mild sedative and wrapping her in a warm blanket.

She was secured onto a rescue stretcher, lifted out of the hut, and winched into the helicopter.

As the aircraft climbed and turned back toward Geneva, Zendaya’s eyes fluttered shut. Exhaustion and the sedative pulled her under. The ordeal was over. She was safe.
